Good evening, everyone. In the absence of Dr. Gentry, I would like to call this meeting to order. We will have our board intern, Miss DAW Neffe, and I of Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet School to lead us in the Pledge. I pledge allegiance with seven members of our board. We have a quorum. We'll begin this evening with our Budget Committee reports. Mr. Shepherd or Mr. Pinkston, would you mind? Sure, we met at four o'clock today to have our last meeting for our capital needs budget for tonight. So this is the plan that we will send to the mayor and the council and hope that it gets approved. We have a big ask. It's a two hundred and ninety-six ask, so I don't think that we'll probably be getting two hundred ninety-six million dollars, but we're hopeful that we get what we need for our first year. So keep your fingers crossed. And just want to say thank you to my colleague, Mr. Pinkston, for his help on this budget committee. It's a lot of heavy lifting. And so the first Tuesday of March, I believe it's the fifth, we will start with our spending budget. We will start with an operational budget, so that will be a special meeting because it's not the regular meeting for us. So on the 5th of March, we'll have a committee meeting at 4 o'clock to start with our operational budget. So thank you. And Miss Frog, if you don't mind, before we go into advocacy, I see we have some new faces in the boardroom. Please feel free to find a seat in the front row, in the middle, wherever you can. You, of course, are welcome to stand around along the sides, but we tend to go a bit...
